Nguyen Le Nguyen Cat Tuong who was born in 2011, lives in Tam ky, Quang Nam.   She was born deaf.  Her mother had a normal pregnancy and did not discover she was deaf until later.  The doctors are unsure what happened.  Tuong went to kindergarten and then stayed home because there were no suitable schools for her.  Finally her mother was informed about our partner's Deaf school so her mother decided to enroll her so she could study and have deaf friends.
