Monica is the headteacher of Lorena Special School for the Deaf. Due to an inadequate amount of teachers Monica teaches both lower and primary classes. She handles science, Christian religious education, Kenya Sign Language, and English. Recently she presented 3 students for the final examination in Primary and they all managed to join National Schools. This achievement motivates her to continue impacting the students. She also coaches volleyball and netball.
